		TS 10x50 WP - Wide Angle Binoculars - Nitrogen Filled - Waterproof One of the very few porro prism binoculars with nitrogen filling and waterproof housing. It resembles the best of both worlds: wide angle, comfortable views as delivered by porro designs and the robust, outstanding mechanics otherwise only found in roof prism binoculars. Focus is attained using a central focusing knob and right eye diopter adjustment. Perfect for Outdoor Use The rugged rubber armour makes these binoculars nearly completely shock-proof. No moisture can penetrate the armour and get inside, the nitrogen filling prevents the binoculars from fogging. Green Broadband Multicoating Quite regularly the most interesting points of interest are veiled by less than perfect lighting conditions. This is one situation in which only the best coating will suffice. Our binoculars all feature an excellent multicoating. A dark green broadband multicoating is applied, providing for very bright and contrasty images. For night sky use this means even more light-gathering power - the key to seeing distant objects. Birdwatching and Outdoor Use Close focus is at a sensational four metres. When watching insects - and in some cases birds - this is crucial. Furthermore this is a true wide angle binocular, despite its high magnification of 10x. It never was easier to follow birds in mid-flight! You won't get tired even after hours of using these binoculars. The very long eye relief (18mm) allows for a comfortable, strain-free use.

The TS 7x50 Marine is an exceptional binocular with excellent image quality both on the central axis and through the entire visible field. With its elaborate full multi-coating the image is very bright.

Applications:
Due to its large exit pupil of about 7mm (Explanation) and due to its excellent image quality the binocular is perfectly suited for extreme lighting conditions - even in the dark twilight conditions you will still get a bright and contrasty image.

The 7x50 Marine is fully rubber armoured and solidly built. A nitrogen filling prevents it from fogging from the inside. The binoculars will survive even bumpy transport without miscollimation.

Image Quality:
The 7x50 Marine has an exceptional image quality that can even be compared with much more expensive binoculars. Image sharpness is very good throughout the entire visible field. Even at the outer edge of the field you will get sharp and clearly defined views - unlike many other, cheaper binoculars where image sharpness deteriorates noticeably towards the edge. Eye relief is long enough so that the binoculars can be used without reservations by eyeglass wearers - just fold down the rubber eyeguards and you will be able to see the entire field. We have compared the TS 7x50 Marine with instruments sold at over 500 Euros and found no difference in image quality, even under critical scrutiny.

Focus is adjusted by individually focusing both eyepieces. Adjustment is smooth and due to the very good image sharpness the objects will snap into focus easily. Needless to say the focus will remain unchanged during observing - it won't get out of focus by accident.

We have found that for many applications you don't actually have to change focus. If you look at any object from about 10m to infinite distance the human eye can compensate for the small focus difference, meaning that in many cases you won't have to do anything to get a sharp image once you have focussed it in the beginning.

10x50 Marine - An Excellent All Purpose High Quality Binocular

Like the extremely bright TS 7x50 Marine the 10x50 offers a very good image sharpness and a very high contrast.

Applications:
With an exit pupil of 5mm (Explanation) the 10x50 is exremely versatile and can be used both under bright and very dark light conditions. It is very ergonomic and sits securely in both hands.

The 10x50 Marine is fully rubber armoured and solidly built. A nitrogen filling prevents it from fogging from the inside. The binoculars will survive even bumpy transport without miscollimation.

Image Quality:
On axis the 10x50 has an exceptional image quality that can even be compared with much more expensive binoculars. Image sharpness is very good throughout the entire visible field and only degrades slightly towards the edge because of the larger apparent field of view compared with the 7x50.

While not as sharp throughout the field as the 7x50 the optical quality throughout the entire field can nonetheless be called really good even by demanding users.

Focusing:
Focus is adjusted by individually focusing both eyepieces. Adjustment is smooth and due to the very good image sharpness the objects will snap into focus easily. Needless to say the focus will remain unchanged during observing - it won't get out of focus by accident.

		TS 10x60 - a Handheld "Light-Bucket" Normally magnification and image brightness rule each other out. Not so with these large, but still lightweight binoculars. With their aperture of 60mm the magnification of 10x will still yield an exit pupil diameter of 6mm - perfect for problematic lighting conditions. Despite their large aperture you can still use these binoculars free-handed, due to their low weight. Be it for hunters, birdwatchers or other connoisseurs of the wildlife, regularly you will be keen on seeing something despite the bad lighting conditions. But in order to see details, not only the exit pupil, but also the magnification must be reasonably big. This is where the TS 10x60 comes in! With its rubber armour it is robust enough for outdoor use. Night Sky Use Nothing can replace aperture when it comes to amateur astronomy. Binoculars with an aperture of 60mm already gather 44% more light than smaller 50mm models. Gas nebulae, galaxies and star clusters become easily discernible. The TS 10.5x70 Marine is a pair of binoculars that features excellent optical quality, perfect field sharpness, extremely bright images with an exit pupil diameter of nearly 7mm and many other great features. With its full multi-coating on all glass-to-air surfaces it maximized light transmission for brightest possible images.

Applications:
Due to its large exit pupil of about 7mm (Explanation) and due to its excellent image quality the binocular is perfectly suited for extreme lighting conditions - even in the dark twilight conditions you will still get a bright and contrasty image.
