A Sophisticated Dual Axis Motor Drive for Serious Long Exposure Astro-Imaging and Demanding Visual Use - Large Scope of Delivery!
This dual axis motor drive kit uses good quality and powerful stepper motors with metal body and a very low tracking error. Manual clutches are included so that you can continue using your mount manually if you choose to do so. We offer two different variants of this dual axis drive: The standard version uses the Powerflex MTS-3SLP controller. This controller offers a long list of features that make it specifically suited for astro-imaging: - periodic error correction (PEC) - declination backlash compensation - customizable setting and correcting speeds. - half-step mode - many other helpful features You will find additional information here You can also choose the MTS-3SDI controller which adds further features. |

The Powerflex MTS-3SDI has all features of the SLP, plus the following additional features:

| Upgrade To GoTo The Powerflex SDI comes GoTo ready, you only need to enter the keycode to activate the GoTo functions. It is no longer necessary to send the controllers back to the manufacturer for the modification. The keycode can be bought from us at any time. We only need the serial number of the controller. In addition you will also need the display which is also available separately. Installing the display is easy and can be done by the customer. The additionial GoTo functions include: -- GoTo database with over 2000 objects -- Logical menu -- Simple alignment procedure (one star alignment) We also offer this controller in a complete GoTo kit with or without motors.
